Defined responsibility.
Appropriate expertise.
ALDER’s practice framework addresses scope acceptance, competence, documented checking, technical records and field-review planning. Specialist roles are agreed where the assignment requires additional expertise. Scope, insurance arrangements, checking, independent review where required and field attendance are resolved before applicable professional services begin.
Structural design and assessment are considered for defined assignments after confirming relevant experience, project complexity, resources and review requirements. Geotechnical investigations and specialist opinions are allocated to appropriately qualified professionals, with ALDER coordinating and integrating the inputs into its agreed design scope. Legal boundary surveying is referred to a BC Land Surveyor.
A broad construction knowledge base.
Professional credentials are supported by technical, management and site training. Course completion and historical records are distinguished from current licences and professional designations.
